Jordan-Wilcomb has been working in the valley for over 100 years and has gained a great understanding of what it takes to complete a project in a way that leaves both our firm, and the owners with a sense of pride and accomplishment. We have the necessary means to take a building from a hole in the ground to a multi-level structure. We also believe that one of our most valuable resources is our longstanding relationships with our subcontractors. We feel that the connections we have in the Treasure Valley provide a higher quality product at a lower rate than many self-preforming firms are able to give.

The principals in Jordan-Wilcomb Construction, Tim Wilcomb, Bill Mooney, T.J. Wilcomb, Scott Mooney, and Cecil Wilcomb all have a daily involvement with project planning, construction and closeout. Depending upon the project and timeline, one or more of the partners will take the lead role in preconstruction services and work closely with the rest of the Jordan-Wilcomb team on budgeting, scheduling and general construction planning.

Jordan-Wilcomb’s horizontal company structure allows for great efficiencies throughout all of our projects. Along with one of the Principals in Jordan-Wilcomb being the lead of each project, key personnel are aware of the status of all projects and able to assist where necessary to ensure that jobs are completed within the desired timeline and budget. Our office support staff, Kareen Falls, and Jacqi Norton, will have key inputs to the process of submittals, owner and subcontractor coordination, as well as pay applications.
